Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SkillRune. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

SkillRune provides a unified API for AI agents to call tools and run skills. Usage is metered and charged per call against your prepaid balance. Prices are shown before you run a tool.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your API keys secret.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys.
• You must be at least 18, or of legal age in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SkillRune to:

• break the law or infringe others’ rights;
• send spam, scrape in violation of a site’s terms, or abuse third-party providers;
• attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service;
• resell raw access in a way that violates the underlying providers’ terms.

Billing

You add funds to a balance and pay per call as your agent uses tools. Balances are prepaid and, except where required by law, non-refundable for usage already incurred. We may change prices with notice.

Third-party tools

When your agent calls a tool, your request is sent to the relevant provider to fulfil it. Their results are provided “as is”, and your use of them may be subject to that provider’s terms.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that tools will be accurate, available, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkillRune is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and notify you of material changes.
